The Board of Trustees is the highest policy-making body of the organization. It is currently composed of its four original incorporators and one advisor position, which functions as an observer.
Elected officers represent members in the governance and program implementation of the organization. Staff are appointed by officers from the membership pool based on competence, commitment, and availability of positions.
